Oops, where does the time fly??? I guess it just gets easy to get sucked in by the life here...
It's almost Christmas, though it sure doesn't feel that way: the sun is shining now and then and there are still some leaves in the trees as well. It did snow for one day, though! Too bad the snow melted immediately...
I have visited Miyajima and also spent a weekend with my host family (and ate delicious home made sukiyaki!). Currently we are planning a Christmas event with all the international students, and it will probably be rather American Christmas, but I don't mind! We might try to cook some Finnish stuff as well, like plum pies and glögi.

Aika rientää täällä pelottavan nopeaa, joten päivittäminen on jäänyt vähemmälle...elämään täällä vain uppoutuu niin helposti. Joulu on tuloillaan vaikkei siltä yhtään tunnu, koska täällä on puissa vielä lehteä ja aurinkokin paistelee aina silloin tällöin. Lunta kyllä satoi yhtenä päivänä, harmi vain että se suli heti pois...
Tässä välissä olen käynyt Miyajimassa ja viettänyt viikonlopun isäntäperheen luona. Jotain festivaalia ja kouluilla vierailuakin on ollut. Nyt valmistelemme muiden vaihtareiden kanssa joulun viettoa, ja näillä näkyminen tulee aikas amerikkalainen joulu, mutta ei se mitään. Koetamme ehkä valmistaa jotain suomalaisiakin juttuja, kuten joulutorttuja ja glögiä. Harmi vain että tältä vuodelta jäävät laatikot kyllä välistä...onneksi kotoa sentään lähetettiin Fazeria ja pipareita :)
Olen vähän laiskalla tuulella, joten kuvien kommentit ovat vain englanniksi, koska oletan että enemmistö lukijoistani osaa kyllä ne lukea...ja aina saa edelleen kysellä kaikkea mahdollista Japanissa elämisestä jnejne, vastailen mielelläni!
