Kobe & Kumano

Here are some photos from Kobe and Kumano, from my spring break trip last March.

Tässä muutamia kuvia Kobesta ja Kumanosta viime maaliskuun lomareissultani.

Kobe

Ropeway!

Greenhouse+the city of Kobe as seen from the ropeway

Kobe nightview

Inside the greenhouse
Some weird TV-show. Apparently it was a comedy...
The world's longest suspension bridge!

Kumano

That tree is about 800 years old..

This place was rather high up!
One of the tallest waterfalls in Japan, The Nachi Falls.
A plum tree
Plum flowers
The shrine in this area is known for Yatagarasu, a three-legged raven

Travelling to Kumano took a long time, because the only railway went along the coastline...there are too many mountains to go any other way!
